These are the type of screws that you need to mount your hard drive into the Dell poweredge hot swap trays # 4649C, 5649C, 9D988 or 1F912. They are Mil spec Steel screws that do not corrode like low cost screws can. They are Phillips drive flat head and are guaranteed to fit the trays above as well as many others.
